New York Jets slot cornerback Brian Poole gifts his mom a house after signing his most recent one-year NFL deal this offseason.
Give that man the son of the year award.
New York Jets slot cornerback Brian Poole bought his mom a house on Mother’s Day. A short video clip was originally posted on TikTok and eventually shared by the New York Jets official Twitter account.

Poole, 27, is coming off an excellent first season in New Jersey. He finished as the ninth-ranked cornerback, according to Pro Football Focus. But whatever grade anybody wants to award the man, he’s now considered one of the best slot corners in the NFL.
Over 14 games a year ago, Poole tallied five pass deflections, a forced fumble, 59 tackles (four for loss) and a pick-6. He entered the offseason as a free agent but was quickly re-signed by Joe Douglas and the Jets to yet another one-year deal.
As seen in the video, other family members have already tested out the pool. The undrafted free agent out of Florida wasn’t seen in the video. That’s something that will surely change when he suits up for Gregg Williams’s defense this coming season (assuming there is a season).
