Fans will be welcomed back to 1 Jets Drive this season after the NY Jets opened up eight training camp sessions for public viewing.
The New York Jets are set to welcome back a whole new practice squad.
1 Jets Drive will be open to the public for select training camp practices this August, the team announced on Tuesday. This should be welcomed news to Jets supporters, as fans across the league are returning to training camp sessions after last year’s public proceedings were canceled by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The first open practice in Florham Park lands on July 31, with additional invites on Aug. 2, 4, 9, and 11.

Fans will also be welcomed to MetLife Stadium for the Jets’ annual Green & White Scrimmage on Aug. 7, as well as the team’s pair of joint practices with the Philadelphia Eagles. Free parking will be available, as well as the Jets Fest interactive area and the Jets Shop.
The scrimmage in East Rutherford will be the first football activity held in front of fans at MetLife Stadium since a New York Guardians XFL game in late February 2020 and precedes the Jets’ annual preseason battle with the New York Giants by a week.
Meanwhile, the Jets are set to battle the Eagles in their annual preseason finale on Aug 27, just over a week after they partake in shared practices with the Green Bay Packers.
Free mobile tickets to the practices can be downloaded on the Jets’ website starting on Wednesday.
Due to protocols set forth by both the NFL and NFL Players Association, fans will be unable to obtain photos and autographs from players and coaches as they enter and exit the field—much to the chagrin of Jets left tackle Mekhi Becton.
