New York Jets’ quarterbacks celebrate Halloween by impersonating Zach Wilson
Halloween is coming up on Monday, so the New York Jets‘ quarterbacks decided to celebrate early during their final practice ahead of the holiday.
On Friday, the Jets’ entire quarterback room was spotted wearing headbands, mimicking Zach Wilson’s classic look. You can see Joe Flacco, Chris Streveler, and Mike White paying homage to their QB1 in the picture below.

This will not be the last time the Jets go with some alternate attire in the spirit of Halloween. On Sunday, the Jets will be breaking out their all-black uniform set, featuring a new matte black helmet that was revealed this offseason.

The debut of the new helmets adds further excitement to a MetLife Stadium environment that Jets head coach Robert Saleh is already envisioning to be intensely amped.
Speaking to the media on Friday, Saleh looked into the camera and spoke to Jets fans, encouraging them to get into the stadium early to “see if we can get this thing loud.” Saleh stated that fireworks will go off an hour before kickoff as a sign to fans that they should head inside.
Saleh says that he heard more than 30% of the crowd did not witness Sauce Gardner‘s first-quarter safety against the Miami Dolphins in Week 5, and this time, he wants to ensure there is “100 percent viewage [sic]”.
