The Jets’ QB search is taking on some drama
Of course, a guy with a nickname like Sauce enjoys stirring the pot.
New York Jets star cornerback Sauce Gardner has been vocal on Twitter all season. Why should he be any different when it comes to the most polarizing topic of the Jets’ offseason—that of the QB search?
Sauce seems to be covering all his bases, though, by referencing the Jets’ two main targets: Aaron Rodgers and Derek Carr.
Rodgers likely rolled his eyes and said, “Who dat?” if he even saw the tweet at all. The future Hall of Famer is notorious for giving little respect to rookies.
However, Sauce followed it up by tagging his brother-in-arms, D.J. Reed, about the soon-to-be-former Raiders QB.
After Jets Nation went all atwitter about Sauce’s tweets, particularly the one to Rodgers, Sauce deleted them. However, he left them up for a healthy 40 minutes to prove that they were not accidental, much as he might deny it.
I was trollin y’all. Relax😂

We would not be surprised to see continued cat-and-mouse games on Twitter in the days ahead. Whatever happens, rest assured that the Jets will continue to be all about the Sauce.
It's all about the Sauce.
