The New York Jets are finding a bit of a rhythm against the New England Patriots.

After a 27-yard completion to star wideout Garrett Wilson, quarterback Aaron Rodgers hit second-year wideout Xavier Gipson for a one-yard touchdown reception.

It was a great catch from Gipson, who correctly turned his body to snag and secure the points for the Jets. Gipson also provided a big return early in the game for New York. It was Gipson’s first career touchdown reception (he previously had one punt return score and one rushing touchdown in 2023).

Rodgers posted his 11th touchdown pass of the season and his second in the red zone.

The Jets scored on their second consecutive drive following a rough start. After the touchdown, they lead by a score of 13-7 thanks to a previously missed extra point. They will likely want to add more to put this one out of reach of their division rival.
