New York enters the game still reeling from its 31-13 loss to the San Francisco 49ers in its home opener. The team also gets back to work Wednesday with plenty of injuries to contend with, including many of Joe Douglas’s rookies (Denzel Mims, Jabari Zuniga and Cameron Clark).
The Colts enter Week 3 with a 1-1 record. After losing a tough 27-20 game to the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 1, they came back and knocked off the Minnesota Vikings at home, 28-11.
The Jets and Colts have met 74 times, including four postseason games (Super Bowl 3 among those four). The Colts have won 42 to the Jets 32.
