Ben Blessington and Michael Nania talk free agency and the Jets’ quarterback situation with the New York Daily News’ DJ Bien-Aime.
Two weeks have passed since the legal tampering window opened on March 15, meaning that the vast majority of the New York Jets‘ free agency dollars have been spent. More signings are certainly to come throughout the offseason, but most of the work in this area has already been done.
To learn more about the Jets’ hits and misses in free agency and where they will be looking to focus their attention going forward, Ben Blessington and Michael Nania spoke to Jets beat reporter DJ Bien-Aime of the New York Daily News.

In addition to discussing free agency, DJ gave his two cents on the Jets’ quarterback situation. Will Sam Darnold be a Jet in 2021? What do the recent draft trade-ups tell us about the Jets’ plans with the second overall pick? If they take a quarterback at No. 2, do they prefer Ohio State’s Justin Fields or BYU’s Zach Wilson? Who is the better fit for the team?
With exactly one month to go until the 2021 NFL draft, some huge decisions loom for Joe Douglas, Robert Saleh, and the entire Jets organization. DJ discussed them all with Ben and Michael on the Cool Your Jets podcast.
