Zach and Isaac Wilson?

New York Jets quarterback Zach Wilson may have only just wrapped up his rookie year in the NFL, but his younger brother Issac is already showing great promise as a high school prospect himself.

In a short clip tweeted out by Rivals, Isaac Wilson, currently a high school sophomore, can be seen taking a snap, dropping back, and throwing to a receiver on the right sideline.

Fans of the Jets should find this clip relatively familiar, as Isaac’s playstyle quite obviously shares much in common with Zach’s. From the footwork, to the posture, to the release, it would be very easy to mistake Issac Wilson for his big brother if one were not looking closely.

The younger Wilson spent this past weekend at the Rivals camp held in Los Angeles, California for up-and-coming recruits. He is currently a four-star prospect and has already been offered a scholarship by his brother’s alma mater, BYU. Wilson has also received offers from Miami, Oregon, and San José State, per Rivals.

While we may be starting to get clips of Isaac Wilson like this one as he draws closer to college ball, it’s worth noting that he’s still a few years away from graduating high school. In fact, he’s currently the backup quarterback at Corner Canyon High School in Utah, playing behind fellow four-star and senior USC commit Devin Brown.

When he’s seen the field, though, he’s been great, so it’s safe to assume that Wilson will be taking over starting duties for Corner Canyon once Brown graduates. Wilson has completed 20 of his 30 pass attempts for 388 yards and five touchdowns over two years on the varsity team.

And who knows? Maybe in just a few years’ time, we’ll be talking about Zach and Isaac Wilson as the new era of Peyton and Eli Manning.
