The New York Jets’ star linebacker helped out a lemonade stand with a big donation
Quincy Williams is making a difference off the field.
In an Instagram story from @anna_alyssa, the New York Jets’ star linebacker was shown stopping by a kid’s lemonade stand and giving him a $100 donation.

Williams’s donation is the latest in a line of impressive charity work. The star defender was named the 2024 United Way NYC Hometown Hero for his work off the field.
“Off the field, Quincy is an Ambassador for the American Cancer Society; in Fall of 2023, he helped lead a relaxation event at MetLife Stadium for mothers and daughters impacted by cancer,” said United Way in a post on Instagram.
“Quincy has also played a key role in the advancement of girls’ flag football domestically and abroad. Most recently, he promoted the Jets and Bears NFL Girls Flag League, the first NFL-supported girls flag football league in the U.K.”
Quincy’s charity work runs in his family, as his brother Quinnen has his own foundation where he helped to “spread $25,000 to 100 single-parent households in Birmingham, Alabama.” The star defensive tackle was also nominated for the Walter Payton Man of the Year in 2021.
But just like his play on the field, Quincy Williams has begun to go above and beyond off the field. He is making a significant impact in his community.
Quincy has a huge role to play for the Jets in 2024, as he is a star linebacker who can do anything the team asks. But even before this season starts, the linebacker once again solidified himself as a winner in the community.
