Less than two hours away from the NFL trade deadline, NFL insider Jordan Schultz reports that New York Jets running back Breece Hall “wants out” of New York.
Currently on the final year of his rookie contract, Hall has been one of the NFL’s most efficient backs this season, averaging 5.0 yards per attempt, the ninth-highest among all backs. He’s produced 18 runs of at least 10 yards, the fourth-highest total in the league, and his 45.1% breakaway rate currently leads all running backs.
Earlier this week, The Athletic’s Dianna Russini reported that the Jets have received significant trade interest in running back Breece Hall but were seeking at least a third-round pick in return.
