The New York Jets have been unable to put together many great teams over the past 20 years, but they have sure had their share of great individual players.

Pro Football Focus published a list of the Jets’ “All-PFF” team over the past two decades (2006-25). The results will surely be fascinating for Jets fans who have survived the past 20 years.

Offense

The first thing that stands out is how few of these players come from the past few seasons. The vast majority of them hail from the Eric Mangini and/or Rex Ryan eras.

In recent years, the Jets have had stars like Sauce Gardner, Quinnen Williams, Garrett Wilson, and Breece Hall, but New York has struggled to stockpile long-term standouts outside of that quartet.

Two of those players, Gardner and Williams, are not even on the team anymore, although the Jets hope to turn their respective trade packages into a boatload of talent.

Wilson and Hall have both been extended by Jets general manager Darren Mougey. Wilson’s extension came in the 2025 offseason, while Hall was extended a few weeks back. They have clearly been the Jets’ best wide receiver and running back, respectively, over the past 20 years, so at least the Jets are equipped with solid weapons for their eventual franchise quarterback.

The Jets’ all-star team from the past 20 years is loaded with amazing players, but it leans a little heavier toward the beginning of that span than the Jets’ current regime would like. They are hoping that talented young building blocks like Armand Membou, Olu Fashanu, Omar Cooper Jr., Kenyon Sadiq, and David Bailey join that list within the next few years.
