Becton, 21, recently found himself snubbed from the Pro Bowl in his rookie season—in spite of the fact he finished first in fan voting at his position—but it hasn’t stomped out his spirit.
With each No. 77 that comes across his Twitter timeline, a Becton holiday message is sure to follow.

It’s been crystal clear that the lovable Becton has been a Jets fan favorite the moment he and his family learned of Joe Douglas‘s wise pick at No. 11 last spring. Witnessing the way the Becton family reacted to the news started things the right way. Now, he’s immersing himself in the Jets community to a point of perfection from an organizational and marketing perspective.
He’s even become an extraordinary promoter of all things Jets merchandise.
They all fire to hard to choose 😂 https://t.co/YZNvcyligb

The Louisville product is currently the 27th ranked offensive tackle with a PFF grade of 75.5. Routinely steamrolling defenders at every turn, the kid has given a new meaning to the term “offensive line highlights.”
Becton and the Jets will look for their second-straight victory this Sunday as they close out their 2020 home slate against Baker Mayfield and the tough Cleveland Browns. On the other side will be Jedrick Wills Jr., another impressive rookie tackle who was drafted one pick ahead of Mount Mekhi in the 2020 NFL draft.
