With the 188th overall pick in the 2026 NFL draft, the New York Jets have selected Miami offensive lineman Anez Cooper.

In 435 pass-blocking snaps, Cooper allowed zero sacks, two hits, and eight pressures while appearing in 16 games last season. He played 803 snaps at right guard, two at right tackle and right guard, and nine at tight end.

To secure Cooper, the Jets traded up with the Seattle Seahawks, giving up picks No. 199 and 242.

Day 3 is always a perfect opportunity for teams to build in the trenches. With their first pick in the fourth round, the Jets selected defensive lineman Darrell Jackson Jr., and now, they are going with Cooper to add depth across the offensive line.
