New York Jets strong safety Jamal Adams is beyond ready for ESPN’s 30 for 30 “The Last Dance,” chronicling Michael Jordan.
How else would you expect the president to bide his time?
Still stuck in quarantine, Jamal Adams has gone crazy for Michael Jordan, in anticipation of ESPN’s 30 for 30 documentary The Last Dance that’s ready to debut Sunday night. The New York Jets stud safety has taken to Twitter to drop not-so-subtle hints that he’s waiting for 9:00 p.m. ET to hit.
Just pay homage & appreciate greatness. #TheLastDance

“My attitude is that if you push me towards something that you think is a weakness, then I will turn that perceived weakness into a strength.”

It did not stop there. Adams found this throwback of Jordan exiting his car at what looks to be the location of his next game.
“The game is my wife. It demands loyalty and responsibility, and it gives me back fulfillment and peace.”

Interestingly, some of the quotes Adams is posting sort of mirror his own life at the moment. For instance, Adams is a stud football IQ player and loves to showcase proper technique. The following quote exemplifies that to perfection.
“The minute you get away from fundamentals – whether it’s proper technique, work ethic or mental preparation – the bottom can fall out of your game, your schoolwork, your job, whatever you’re doing.” – Michael Jordan

And what’s a night of Jordan without the late Kobe Bryant showcasing his love for No. 23.

Adams, 24, is probably the best safety in the NFL. The first-team All-Pro from a year ago stepped it up from the previous season that saw him take home second-team All-Pro honors.
Despite the media noise surrounding Adams’s future in New Jersey, the man is the heart and soul of this team at the moment. He’s the best player on a depth chart without much talent to go around.
Whatever happens this draft season, Jamal Adams will be hyped after watching the latest entry in Michael Jordan’s legend, The Last Dance.
