With mouth-watering odds of +20000 – which would reward winning bettors with a payout that is 200 times larger than the initial bet – the Jets are the fourth-most popular bet to win Super Bowl LVII.
Even placing a mere five dollars on the Jets can net you a $1,000 payout if they somehow hoist the Lombardi Trophy. When a team has such lofty odds, it makes them an intriguing bet no matter how unlikely it is that they actually get the job done.

The Jets’ AFC East rivals, the Buffalo Bills (+750), take the top spot as the most popular bet to win Super Bowl LVII. The reigning AFC champion Cincinnati Bengals (+1500) place second while the defending Super Bowl champion Los Angeles Rams (+1200) are in third.
Rounding out the top five is the current Super Bowl LVII favorite, the Kansas City Chiefs (+700).
New York’s popularity as a Super Bowl LVII bet certainly has to be inspired by the underdog run made by the 2021 Cincinnati Bengals. Cincinnati entered the 2021 season with the same longshot odds to win Super Bowl LVI as the Jets (+15000) and wound up coming within mere minutes of a world championship.
It’s been a while (to say the least), but the Jets have overcome insurmountable odds to win a championship before. When New York took the field against the Baltimore Colts in January 1969 for Super Bowl III, the Colts were 18-point favorites. The Jets easily covered that spread with a 16-7 victory that gave them their first Super Bowl title.
