NFL odds, picks, lines, spreads for Week 13: Bet on the underdogs
Week 13 of the NFL season is here, which means we are entering crunch time before the playoffs start. There are a bunch of intriguing matchups this week, and none are bigger than the AFC Championship rematch in Cincinnati. The Chiefs head to Paycor Stadium to face the Bengals in what should be a terrific game.
With that being said, let’s get into Jets X-Factor’s NFL best bets for Week 13.

NFL Best Bets
Tennessee Titans @ Philadelphia Eagles
The Philadelphia Eagles enter Week 13 occupying the top seed in the NFC and the best record in the NFL. Everything seems to be going right for the Eagles as they continue to win each week.
However, I think this is a great spot for the Titans. They have one of the league’s most dominant running backs in Derrick Henry. He has the ability to take over a game, especially against a team like Philadelphia that struggles to stop the run. The Eagles are allowing 4.7 yards per carry which should allow Henry to shorten the game and help keep the score close.
Tennessee also has a really strong rushing defense as they rank third in the NFL only allowing 84.5 rushing yards per game. This should neutralize Philadelphia’s rushing offense and make Jalen Hurts beat them with his arm.
Lastly, Mike Vrabel has been extremely profitable as an underdog in his head coaching career. As an underdog of three or more points, Vrabel is 21-7 against the spread.
I expect the Titans to be able to keep this game close and cover the 5.5-point spread.
The Play: Tennessee Titans +5.5
Jacksonville Jaguars @ Detroit Lions
The Jacksonville Jaguars are coming off their best win of the season in comeback fashion against the Baltimore Ravens. Trevor Lawrence threw three touchdown passes with 321 passing yards and a 129.8 passer rating.
Detroit has been improving every week since a slow start. On Thanksgiving day, they lost to the Buffalo Bills on a last-second field goal and played them tough all game. Before Thanksgiving, the Lions were on a three-game winning streak.
Detroit’s offense is the driving force behind the Lions’ improved play. This unit ranks top 10 in many important categories such as points per game and yards per game. They are averaging 25 points per game while creating 363 yards of offense per game.
Jacksonville is a one-point road favorite in Detroit. This seems like a great sell-high spot on the Jaguars and I expect Detroit to continue its improving play.
