Appearing on NFL Network, the New York Jets’ quarterback had a message for fans of the team
Aaron Rodgers wants New York Jets fans to enjoy the ride in 2024.
The star quarterback appeared on NFL Network and spoke to fans about what they should expect in 2024.
“As for my beloved Jets fans, it’s going to be an up-and-down season—probably a lot more ups than downs. But stick with us. Obviously, we want to stay healthy. Obviously, we have big dreams. It’s been a rough stretch over the past 13 years, but the tide is turning.”

Through his comments, Rodgers is setting reasonable expectations for the Jets as a whole.
The team’s roster is more talented than that of 2023’s iteration, meaning that New York should be in a great position to win football games. Whether looking at the offense or defense, there is elite talent and depth at most positions.
However, New York will face adversity. The offense will sputter at times. The defense will give up points. In a deep AFC, the Jets are probably not going undefeated.
The key will be how the team handles adversity in the upcoming season. They could rise to the occasion or falter and fail once again.
At the end of the day, the players and coaching staff will dictate what the adversity does to their season. However, based on the leadership of Rodgers and other veterans on the team, it should not be difficult to trust this iteration of the Jets to break the team’s playoff drought.
