#Raiders WR Davante Adams wants to play for the #Jets, sources say.
But the All-Pro is open to landing with other teams, and he hasn’t demanded to be traded anywhere specific. LV will take the best deal.

Breer also added that Adams’ “relationships with QBs” will play a big role in determining his preferences and ultimate landing spot.
While the Jets appear to be Adams’ preference, the star wide receiver has ruled out playing elsewhere. Rapoport added that Adams “is open to land with other teams” and “hasn’t demanded to be traded anywhere specific.”
It is not surprising to see the Jets at the top of the list as a possible Adams landing spot.
Adams had repeatedly expressed his joy in playing with Rodgers in Green Bay, explicitly referencing his on-field rapport with the Hall-of-Fame quarterback. Since joining the Raiders, he has expressed interest in reuniting with Rodgers in the future. Rodgers has done the same as Adams, cracking a joke about playing with Adams again soon back in the offseason.
From an on-field perspective, Adams would immensely benefit the Jets’ offense. His talent and experience with Rodgers would raise the unit’s floor and open up more space for the other options on the team.
Adams would also be able to help young wideout Garrett Wilson develop. With his experience and knowledge, the veteran can help Wilson become more comfortable with Rodgers and continue to develop as a player.
At the end of the day, getting Adams should be a priority for the Jets. And if the wideout gets his way, that should become a reality pretty soon.
