As angry New York Jets fans clamor for change, one fan took his ire to the college classroom.

X poster JetsMuse wrote on Wednesday morning, “Today I’m doing a presentation in my public speaking class about why Woody Johnson should sell the #Jets. This is about to be incredible.”

Later, he followed up by posting a snippet from his actual presentation.

“The New York Jets have not been that good, and it’s been because of one man, in my opinion, no matter what changes: it’s the owner. Ladies and gentlemen, this is Woody Johnson… His football team has been 91-147 since 2010 with zero playoff appearances, the longest playoff drought in American sports.”

JetsMuse detailed everything Johnson has done, apologizing for the length of his outline but justifying it based on the huge article in The Athletic with “a bunch of new bad stuff that he did.”

This one fan is far from the only one to take to X to lambaste the Jets’ owner.

As furious as many Jets fans are, the likelihood that Johnson will actually sell the team remains slim. He did not invest so much in this team and refer to it as a roster he built only to be rid of it.

Still, with the Jets sitting at 3-8 and more ugliness and chaos permeating the organization on a weekly basis, Jets fans need to find their catharsis somewhere. Some choose their therapists, some choose posting on X, some choose burning Jets jerseys, and some choose college presentations.

Buckle up, Jets fans. There may be a lot more of this coming.
