In his latest three-round mock draft, CBS Sports’ Ryan Wilson predicts the New York Jets will land a pair of cornerstones to anchor their offense for years to come.

Here are the top 10 selections in Wilson’s mock draft:

  1. Tennessee Titans: Cam Ward, QB, Miami
  2. Cleveland Browns: Shedeur Sanders, QB, Colorado
  3. New York Giants: Travis Hunter, WR/DB, Colorado
  4. Chicago Bears (via New England Patriots): Abdul Carter, EDGE, Penn State
  5. Jacksonville Jaguars: Mason Graham, DT, Michigan
  6. Las Vegas Raiders: Tetairoa McMillian, WR, Arizona
  7. New York Jets: Armand Membou, OL, Missouri
  8. Carolina Panthers: Mike Green, EDGE, Marshall
  9. New Orleans Saints: Kelvin Banks Jr., OL, Texas
  10. New England Patriots (via Chicago Bears): Will Campbell, OL, LSU

No. 7 overall: Armand Membou, OL, Missouri

“Membou is just 6-foot-3 … and I do not care,” wrote Wilson. “He was one of the most reliable right tackles in college football in 2024, and while he doesn’t have ideal size, based on his tape alone, he’s a guy who plays right tackle until he proves he can’t handle it at the next level. Worst case: you have a perennial Pro Bowl guard for the next decade.”

After a standout performance at the NFL Scouting Combine, Membou has quickly risen up draft boards. Weighing in at 331 pounds, the offensive lineman posted an impressive 4.91-second 40-yard dash and earned a remarkable 9.89 Relative Athletic Score (RAS). His athleticism was further displayed with a 34-inch vertical leap and a 115-inch broad jump.

Membou’s stock has surged since January 28, when he was ranked No. 32 overall on NFL Mock Draft Database’s consensus big board. He now sits at No. 10 overall while emerging as the consensus favorite to be selected by the Jets with the No. 7 overall pick.

At just 21 years old, Membou shined in his role as Missouri’s starting right tackle during the 2024 season. He played 411 pass-blocking snaps without surrendering a sack or quarterback hit while yielding just eight total pressures. Additionally, his performance as a run blocker was stellar, earning an 87.6 run-blocking grade from Pro Football Focus.

Selecting Membou would solidify all five starting positions on the Jets’ offensive line.

No. 42 overall: Jaxson Dart, QB, Ole Miss

Dart currently ranks 30th on the consensus big board. Although he’s frequently mocked to the Jets in the first round, Wilson’s mock has New York selecting Dart in the second round, a more reasonable landing spot for the Ole Miss product.

The 21-year-old began his collegiate journey at USC before transferring to Ole Miss, where he served as the Rebels’ starting quarterback for his final three seasons.

As a three-year starter, Dart played in 37 games, connecting on 64.6% of his passes for 9,301 yards, 65 touchdowns, and 21 interceptions.

Dart’s breakout season came in 2024 when he earned first-team All-SEC honors after passing for 4,279 yards, 29 touchdowns, and just six interceptions while completing 69.3% of his pass attempts.

Robby Sabo of Jets X-Factor recently analyzed Dart’s film, noting his impressive strengths and areas needing improvement. Despite some inconsistencies, Sabo highlighted several traits that bode well for Dart’s future at the NFL level.

No. 73 overall: Gunnar Helm, TE, Texas

Helm, 22, played all four years of his college career at Texas.

Helm totaled 79 receptions for 1,022 yards and nine touchdowns in 55 games throughout his time with the Longhorns.

His breakout season came in 2024, reeling in 60 catches for 786 yards and seven touchdowns while earning second-team All-SEC recognition.

Currently listed as the No. 97 overall prospect on the consensus big board, the Colorado native could provide much-needed depth in the Jets’ tight end room.
