Williamson, 28, missed the entirety of the 2019 season due to a torn ACL. He began this August on the PUP list but now enters the fold. On Saturday, he was on the field and in uniform but did not participate in team sessions.
Griffin, 30, has been dealing with an ankle injury sustained late last year. He immediately underwent surgery, and his six-month prognosis was more or less right on the money.
Brown, 28, is the lone man of the trio not coming back from injury. Placed on the Non-Football list prior to camp, the Jets No. 2 tight end from a season ago joins Griffin in adding much-needed reinforcements to the tight end room.
Like Williamson, Griffin and Brown were seen on the practice field (mainly in positionals) on Saturday but did not participate in teams.
