The New York Jets’ star running back responded to not being included in CBS Sports’ Top 100 NFL players
A star New York Jets player is not thrilled about being left off a Top 100 players list.
In a post on X (formerly Twitter), running back Breece Hall responded to not being included on CBS Sports’ list. “There’s not 100 People better than me in the NFL…. #ChildPlease,” wrote Hall.Â

CBS analyst and former Jets defensive lineman Leger Douzable agreed with Hall’s assessment and opinion on the situation, saying he should have been on the list.
“The fact that he wasn’t even honorable mention is criminal. He showed last year that he is truly an All Purpose back with nearly 1600 all-purpose yards, which ranked 4th in the NFL. He also had nearly 600 yards receiving which is comparable to WR #3 numbers. With an improved O-Line and A-A-Ron back under center, Hall could push for 2000 all-purpose yards this year,” said Douzable in a post on X.

The Jets had multiple players on the list for CBS. Sauce Gardner was No. 12, Aaron Rodgers was No. 20, Quinnen Williams was No. 29, and Garrett Wilson was No. 72. Additionally, C.J. Mosley, Quincy Williams, and Tyron Smith were honorable mentions.
Even with all of the talented players making the list for the Jets, Hall being left off the list is egregious.
The Iowa State product is one of the best all-around talents at his position, finishing fourth in the league in all-purpose yards in 2023. He also singled-handedly powered the Jets to victory multiple times, specifically in the team’s Week 18 game against the New England Patriots.
Yet, CBS did not even consider Hall for the list, whether as a member or an honorable mention. It just adds more fuel to the fire for Hall, who is primed to prove his doubters wrong in what should be an even more productive 2024 season.
Wow, had no idea Prisco was such a hater of the Green & White.
Absolutely ridiculous, that the guy with the fourth most scrimmage yds in the league is not a Top 100 player.
