With the 2025 NFL draft a little over a month away, the New York Jets completed their first top-30 visit of the year and have two more scheduled.

According to ESPN’s Rich Cimini, Fresno State safety Dean Clark visited with the Jets on Wednesday.

Clark started his collegiate career at Kent State, spending four seasons before transferring to Fresno State, where he played his final two seasons as a starter. At his recent pro day, Clark recorded a 9.35 Relative Athletic Score (RAS), ran a 4.49 in the 40-yard dash, and had a 41-inch vertical jump. The safety projects to be a day three pick. Clark ranks 215th overall on Pro Football Focus’ big board.

Per Ryan Fowler of The Draft Network, the Jets are scheduled to meet with wide receiver Arian Smith.

Smith, 23, spent all five of his collegiate seasons with the Georgia Bulldogs. He is known for his explosiveness and was a track star in high school. In 2024, the receiver appeared in 14 games, collecting 817 yards and four touchdowns on 48 catches. If drafted, Smith is expected to be taken late on day three. The pass-catcher ranks 316th overall on PFF’s big board.

According to Antwan Staley of the New York Daily News, cornerback Maxwell Hairston is set to visit with the Jets.

Hairston spent all three of his college seasons with the Kentucky Wildcats. Appearing in 32 games throughout his college career, Hairston logged 89 tackles and six interceptions. The cornerback clocked a very impressive 4.28 time in the 40-yard dash at the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis. Hairston is expected to be a day two pick. The Kentucky product ranks 42nd overall on PFF’s draft board.

With three visits on the books, the Jets’ draft strategy is beginning to take shape.
