NY Jets RB Breece Hall's recovery from his ACL tear may need to include video games instead of football. Which game is he currently into?

The offseason gives Hall time for video game fun

New York Jets star running back Breece Hall has a new hobby.

Not to be outdone in the video game category by fellow star rookie Sauce Gardner, Breece took to Twitter to tell Jets fans about a hot new video game that he’s enjoying.

Harry Potter fans worldwide will recognize the name of the British school of magic. A recent video game called Hogwarts Legacy was released, and the initial reviews are fantastic.

This is the description of the game on its website:

“Hogwarts Legacy is an immersive, open-world action RPG set in the world first introduced in the Harry Potter books. For the first time, experience Hogwarts in the 1800s. Your character is a student who holds the key to an ancient secret that threatens to tear the wizarding world apart. Now you can take control of the action and be at the center of your own adventure in the wizarding world. Your legacy is what you make of it.”
As a huge Harry Potter fan who grew up with The Boy Who Lived, I am still not overly enthused about this game due to my general aversion to video games. My foray into the male-dominated world of sports does not extend to video game hysteria.

However, it appears that in the age range just below mine, this new game might create a new generation of Harry Potter knowers. Or at least, it has converted one Jets player.

It’s good to see Breece in strong spirits. The Jets will need him back in form next season to make a playoff run.
