Taliese Fuaga would love to join the New York Jets
A possible draft target for the New York Jets seems excited about the possibility of playing for the team.
On Wednesday afternoon at the Senior Bowl, Oregon State offensive tackle Taliese Fuaga said it would be “amazing” to play with Hall of Fame quarterback Aaron Rodgers when asked about playing for New York.

The interest should be mutual for the Jets, as Fuaga has continued his high level of play at the Senior Bowl this week.
In one-on-ones, the offensive line prospect has looked fluid and athletic in pass protection. His quickness and strength have allowed him to shut down talented pass rushers like Laiatu Latu and Adisa Isaac.

This is one of his favorite moves – show outside hand before taking it away, leaving the rusher chopping air. Great finish from Fuaga. pic.twitter.com/C1B9IK87ku

Add in productive run-blocking, highlighted by an elite 90.9 Pro Football Focus grade this past season, and Fuaga is shaping up to be one of the best available linemen in the draft class.
The Oregon State product’s ascent has only solidified the offensive tackle class, which should be considered a positive for the Jets.
Between Fuaga, Notre Dame’s Joe Alt, and Penn State’s Olumuyiwa Fashanu, the Jets could have one or two high-level tackles slip to them due to the other high-end talent at different positions.
Other highly regarded tackle prospects such as J.C. Latham or Amarius Mims could also be options.
New York is in a favorable overall position to address its offensive line, specifically in the first round. Ultimately, it will come down to how the draft board falls.
Whether that is Fuaga or not remains to be seen, but the offensive lineman has done his best to make an impression on a potential professional home.
