Zach Wilson comes alive at MetLife Stadium
What. A. Throw.
Scratch that. What. A. Couple. Of. Throws.
Late in the third quarter of the New York Jets Week 4 game vs. the Tennessee Titans at MetLife Stadium, rookie quarterback Zach Wilson gave fans a little preview of what’s to come for him.
On a third and 6, following a failed second down run attempt by Ty Johnson, Wilson got flushed out of the pocket. He rolled to his right and let it rip for a beautiful 54-yard gain to receiver Keelan Cole.
Not many humans can make this throw.
This is an incredibly difficult throw by Zach Wilson. Scramble drill, break it off vertical. Keelan Cole on the other end. Leads to the go-ahead field goal. 10-9 #Jets at start of fourth quarter. pic.twitter.com/FpxtYGexLO
